- Repeat steps 1–3 3 times (7 loops on hook)

PART 1: FLOWER CENTER (SPIRAL BASE)
Round 1
- Make magic ring
- Ch 1
- Work 8 sc into ring
- Pull ring tight
- Sl st into first sc

Round 2 (first puff layer)
